VP of Business Development
Plan, direct, and coordinate the distribution of imported home textiles, ensuring products are efficiently moved from suppliers to customers; develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to drive sales growth; establish sales territories, setting quotas, and defining sales goals in alignment with company objectives; design and execute comprehensive training programs to equip sales representatives with the necessary skills and product knowledge in fabric printing and dyeing, process drawing, price accounting, product quality inspection; analyze sales data and market trends to determine sales potential, inform inventory requirements, and guide future sourcing decisions; stay up-to-date with the preferences of customers in terms of home textiles styles, patterns, materials, and color schemes to guide our purchasing and marketing strategies; collaborate with other internal departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure a seamless flow of operations and achieve business objectives.
Require: 2 years’ experience in job offered or as Business Director; experience in product development, sourcing and financial modeling; home fabric sourcing inquiries, and professional knowledge of fabric printing and dyeing, process drawing, price accounting, product quality inspection.
Salary range: $85,717/year to $90,000/year
